Exchanges

We are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Exchanges are accepted if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue. In this case, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If the exchange is requested due to an incorrect size selection, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Please Note:

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • The exchange processing fee is 200 EGP.
